The Islamic State (ISIS) warned of a new wave of terror attacks on countries involved in the airstrikes against Syria and Iraq, including the United States, in a video released Monday.

Reuters reports the video shows footage depicting the aftermath of the Friday evening attacks where teams of suicide bombers and shooters killed at least 129 people in Paris, and injured hundreds more.

“We say to the states that take part in the crusader campaign that, by God, you will have a day God willing, like France’s and by God, as we struck France in the center of its abode in Paris, the we swear that we will strike America at its center in Washington [D.C.],” the fatigue-clad man says.

According to the Independent, an Iraqi sub-group of ISIS, called Wilayat Kirkuk, released the video.

The group also doubled down on their Saturday promise that Friday’s attacks were merely the “first of the storm,” adding that Europe should brace itself for additional attacks.

“I say to the European countries that we are coming, coming with booby traps and explosives, coming with explosive belts and [gun] silencers and you will be unable to stop us because today we are much stronger than before,” said a second man in the video, identifying himself as “Al Ghareeb the Algerian.”

French President François Hollande called the attacks an “act of war,” launching a massive airstrike against ISIS in Raqqa, Syria—the biggest to date, the Guardianreports

Since the attacks on Friday, French authorities conducted sweeping overnight raids and reportedly detained 23 people. Additionally, investigators have concluded that the 27-year-old Belgian man, Abdelhamid Abaaoud, masterminded the Paris attacks, a French official told the Times on the condition of anonymity

“Tragically, Paris is not alone,” U.S. President Barack Obama said at the G20 summit in Turkey on Monday. “We have seen the outrageous attacks in Beirut, in Ankara, and routinely in Iraq.”

Obama asked more nations to “step up” in the fight against the fight against ISIS, who he called the “face of evil,” according to the Guardian.

World leaders at the summit promised to do just that, the Associated Press reports

German Chancellor Angela Merkel said that the effort to fight terrorist extremism goes beyond military action, and requires a "multitude of measures.”

David Cameron, the conservative Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, called for a "political solution that brings peace to Syria and enables millions of refugees to return home."

Russian President Vladimir Putin also called for nations to "unite our efforts in fighting this evil. Something, he said, they "should have done a long time ago."
